Suzhou Shen’s Residence, Shen Zhai
Shen’s Residence is located at the opposite of Baosheng Temple. Decorated with colorful flowers, it is a typical residence owned by magnates. It is said that the original owner of the residence was the magnate whose surname was Shen. In order to enrich the content for viewing and admiring for tourists, the Wudong Water Town Museum of Womens Dress that was originally in the Heavenly King Palace of Baosheng Temple has been moved into the front hall of western Shen’s Residence.
